Hey Everybody!
So at work we started a Wellness Challenge. It's about eating your veggies, exercising, sleeping well, and drinking plenty of water. We get points in each of the categories by completing them each day. Right now I am on Day 3 and I will be updating my emilyskitchen.weebly.com website (link is on the side as well) with my progress each day. Feel free to stop by, check it out, give words of encouragement. The Challenge is not apart of the main blog. The Challenge goes until March 29th! I've also got some lovely recipes (though not all of them are healthy) on the website as well!
